Maisie Jeffreys
I’m Maisie, I work for marine conservation NGOs across the globe . I love my job; I get to swim with sharks and rays and teach people from all over the world about their awesome biology, ecology and the importance of protecting them! I’m also a marine geneticist by trade, having worked on the conservation of rays and skates for my Masters by Research.
I’m really passionate about protecting all skates, rays and sharks, and I firmly believe that science plays a vital role in their conservation. From physics to biology to engineering, I’m here to share some really cool Elasmobranch science with you!
If you have any ideas for a blog, would like your science featured or just have some questions about how to get into marine biology I’d love to hear from you!
